September 20th, 2007 by Ana
Just wanted to post a picture of my $600 purple truck
Hey hubby! This is yours and it’s waiting for you! And yes it really does run LOL
Cost of truck: $600
Tax, title tranfer, and tags: $123
Insurance for 6 months: $177
Being able to get out from under the truck note on the 2005 Chevy: PRICELESS!

Aaah! I used to have a Ranger. Loved that truck, miss that truck, deciding against getting the transmission fixed when it went out and instead getting a different vehicle is the cause for a pretty considerable portion of my debt.

Hey Jake…Hubby’s old ranger had the transmission go out which he used as an excuse to get the 05 that is our debt! The lady who sold me this ranger says the problem is just the slave cylinder next to the clutch, which around here is a $300-500 fix.
Lynnae…the county clerk couldn’t believe it either…so I had to go get an affadavit from the seller LOL

Hah that’s what the problem with mine was too! I was assuming a much more expensive fix than that, though.

heh heh heh
A purple truck. You can’t sneak around and do anything in that truck. It’s so stinkin’ obvious.
Ah well, keeps you honest and living right. LOL

OK, that’s insane. If I could get a used vehicle to meet my needs as a single mom I’d want a pickup. And I would really want a purple pickup. And you have one. Ha!
