Countdown to Debt FREEDOM!

The countdown to our debt FREEDOM has now officially begun! Hubby’s credit union processed the debt snowball payment finally after lunch, and I am now truly excited. We only owe $3828.51 left on the truck note! This is doable. This is getting close enough for me to taste it. I am practically bouncing in my chair I am so happy.
We still haven’t done our taxes yet for 2007, so we don’t know just how much we will get back. Hubby and I talked about it the other night, and he has agreed to my idea that we hold $200 of the tax return for fun and put the rest on the truck note. I think we are getting close enough that even hubby may be getting enthusiastic about the idea of only owing on the mortgage.
So…how soon do y’all think we can kill off $3,828.51 left of debt? How many pizzas will I need to deliver per weekend? Can I squeeze enough from the grocery and gas budget to move it up from my target date of last week of March through the first week of April? The countdown is ON!!!

We paid off our car recently and it felt AWESOME! You will definitely have it done by the end of March, now that you are that close. Good luck!!
